Grand Chapter Accreditation Program
Purpose and Overview
The purpose of the Grand Chapter Accreditation Program is to outline the basic expectations of fraternities and sororities recognized by Bradley University. In addition, this program assists chapters in monitoring and improving their own activity and performance.
The accreditation criteria serve as the foundation for all healthy fraternities and sororities which, if implemented, can enhance the undergraduate experience for the chapter’s membership. The requirements are based upon the core values of our fraternity and sorority community.
Chapters are assessed annually by a panel of unbiased Bradley faculty, staff, and students. The current assessment period will end in December of 2011.
2011 marks the first year that the Grand Chapter Accreditation Program is (almost) entirely online. 99% of this years accreditation materials will be submitted online. Not only will this save plenty of paper, but it will also make the process easier for both our chapters, and our judges. One member of each chapter will be given access to the "Grand Chapter Program" tab on their Bradley University Sakai site. All submissions will be uploaded via Sakai.
